If the 'zoom in and out rocker’ button (on the left of the CON300-IP controller) is 'acting up', it may be required to reset it to fix the issue:

Press the MENU button:

Navigate to the 6th option "6. Rocker", confirm by pushing the top of the joystick:

Select the 3rd option "3. Zoom Rocker Calibration", confirm by pushing the top of the joystick:

Then follow these instructions:

Step 1: Press TELE hard and release

Step 2: Press joystick button and wait

Step 3: Press WIDE hard and release

Step 4: Press joystick button and wait

That's it!

* Note that if you restore the controller back to default it will also reset the zoom
