One of the features present on CM93 cameras is the ability for the camera to automatically track subjects, however, to activate it you will need a tracking license. The license is a single-purchase type license that is unique to the camera and valid for the camera's lifetime.

To obtain a license, contact your Avonic sales representative, and ask them for a CM93 tracking license. In doing so, you will need to provide them the serial number of your Avonic CM93 camera. For convenience purposes, Avonic has made the serial numbers of the cameras identical to their MAC address, so if you cannot physically get to your CM93 to read it off the sticker, you can also retrieve it from your network router or from the camera's Web Interface. In the camera's OSD, you can find the MAC address under Network > Ethernet.

When your Avonic sales representative has replied with the Tracking License, enter it in the web interface under System > License > enter the license > press Save.

Then, reboot your Camera.

Now, a new tab called 'Tracking' will show up in the Web Interface. From here you can turn on the tracking.

You can also use the remote control to turn on the tracking. To do this, press Menu > Tracking > set Tracking Switch to On. You can also turn off the tracking here.

Do note that enabling tracking will disable preset commands and manual control of the camera. The tracking will automatically follow the subject, which includes zooming, and return to its home preset when it has lost the subject to track.
